Too many decisions
Conflicting advice creates hesitation. Coaching gives you clear priorities and removes what does not matter.
Private body transformation coaching for busy professionals who want a clear training plan, flexible nutrition, and meaningful accountability - without obsession, extremes, or wasted time.
Most capable people are not stuck because they are lazy. They are stuck because their fitness plan requires a version of life they do not actually live.
Conflicting advice creates hesitation. Coaching gives you clear priorities and removes what does not matter.
Your system needs an answer for travel, dinners, long workdays, poor sleep, and imperfect weeks.
Progress requires review, adjustment, and a coach who sees the problem before another month is wasted.
Everything works together: training creates the stimulus, nutrition supports the outcome, and accountability keeps execution alive when motivation is not.
Structured workouts built around your goals, history, schedule, equipment, and ability to recover.
Practical nutrition targets and repeatable meal systems that work at home, in restaurants, and on the road.
Weekly reviews, direct support, and fast adjustments so one difficult week does not become another restart.
You do not need more pressure. You need a plan that respects your schedule, directs your effort, and keeps working when life gets busy.
Long workdays, travel, client dinners, and competing priorities make consistency harder than effort.
You know how to work hard, but your schedule, recovery, and goals have changed. More intensity is not necessarily the answer.
Rigid diets, complicated programs, and endless online opinions have made the first step harder than it needs to be.
Your plan may need better recovery, smarter progression, and fewer low-return demands - not more punishment.
Your progress markers are established during the Diagnostic. The goal is not a manufactured before-and-after story. It is meaningful improvement you can see, feel, and sustain.
Better repetitions, better loads, and better execution across the movements that matter.
Waist measurements, progress photos, clothing fit, and scale trends moving in the intended direction.
A training and nutrition routine that survives busy weeks instead of collapsing under them.
Clear defaults for meals, travel, restaurants, and schedule disruptions.
A plan that creates enough stimulus to change while respecting sleep, stress, and recovery capacity.
Knowing what to do, how to adjust, and how to continue without restarting from zero.
The first two weeks are not about promising a complete transformation. They are about removing friction and creating traction.
Complete the Transformation Diagnostic, establish progress markers, and identify the constraints that have been getting in the way.
Receive your roadmap, launch your first training week, simplify meals, and set realistic activity targets.
Build restaurant, travel, and busy-week strategies while early coaching adjustments prevent friction from becoming failure.
This is a focused 90-minute private session designed to identify what is actually limiting progress and what should change first.
Your goals, schedule, training history, nutrition, recovery, travel, and current constraints.
Identify why previous attempts stalled, became too rigid, or failed to survive real life.
Determine the three priorities most likely to improve your body and your ability to stay consistent.
Leave with a realistic plan and a clear recommendation for independent action or private coaching.
Every engagement begins with the same private Diagnostic, customized roadmap, training and nutrition structure, progress review, and real-life decision systems.
For clients who want expert programming, nutrition strategy, and accountability while training independently.
The complete coaching partnership for clients who want consistent hands-on guidance, weekly private training, and daily accountability.

Medication can make eating less easier. It does not automatically protect muscle, build strength, or create the habits that maintain results when appetite or dosage changes.
Consistent resistance training gives your body a reason to retain the tissue that supports strength, movement, and long-term function.
When appetite is low, protein cannot be an afterthought. We build repeatable, protein-forward options for low-appetite days.
The habits created now protect results later — whether medication continues, changes, pauses, or stops.
Training, nutrition, and accountability coaching only. Medication decisions belong entirely with your prescribing clinician. This coaching does not provide medical advice or prescribe medication.
Complete the agreed training plan, submit your weekly check-ins, communicate obstacles promptly, and follow the core nutrition and activity targets established during coaching. If the progress measures we agree upon at the beginning of the engagement have not meaningfully improved by the end of 12 weeks, I will continue coaching you for four additional weeks at no cost.
Progress measures may include strength, body measurements, photographs, adherence, training consistency, energy, or other appropriate outcomes established at the beginning of coaching.

My role is not to make fitness consume more of your life. It is to organize training, nutrition, and accountability so your effort finally produces a clear return.
I work with a deliberately small number of clients. That allows me to know the details, respond directly, and adjust the plan around your work, travel, social life, recovery, and changing priorities.
Private coaching in Pittsburgh and remotely for clients throughout the United States.
No. Private Transformation Coaching can be completed remotely. In-person training is available for clients whose location and scheduling align.
Not necessarily. Tracking is one tool, not the entire system. Your approach may use targets, meal templates, portions, repeatable meals, or a combination based on your needs and tolerance.
We examine your goals, training history, nutrition patterns, schedule, recovery, constraints, and the specific points where execution breaks down. You leave with a diagnosis and your three highest-leverage priorities. The $700 fee is credited in full toward a 12-week engagement.
Yes, when your medical care remains with your prescribing clinician. Coaching focuses on resistance training, protein-forward nutrition, accountability, and maintaining useful habits through appetite and dosage changes.
High-touch coaching requires attention. Limiting capacity protects direct access, thoughtful plan adjustments, privacy, and the quality of the client experience.
Clients may continue with Maintenance Coaching at $1,000 per month. Programming, accountability, nutrition adjustments, and planning support continue as goals and seasons change.
Bring the full picture: what you want, what has not worked, what your life actually allows, and how much support you want. Leave with clarity.
