A 90-minute private session. We assess your training, nutrition, schedule, and body-composition goals — and within 72 hours you receive your personalized 12-week roadmap: training plan, nutrition targets, and a strategy for travel and restaurants. Yours to keep, whether or not we work together further.$650 — credited in full toward any 12-week coaching package booked within 30 days.

Do you offer coaching if I don't live in Pittsburgh?Yes. I work with clients throughout the greater Pittsburgh area in person — including Cranberry Township, Wexford, Sewickley, Mt. Lebanon, and Fox Chapel — and I coach clients anywhere through Private Transformation Coaching, which is built around independent training with full remote support.How much of a time commitment is coaching?Every engagement is a 12-week commitment. Depending on your package, you'll invest one to two private training sessions per week plus daily or weekly check-ins by message. The entire system is built for busy schedules — it saves time by removing the guesswork from training and nutrition.Do you work with clients using GLP-1 medications?Yes. I specialize in coaching clients who use GLP-1 medications for weight loss. Your personalized 12-week roadmap includes a GLP-1 Transition Plan tailored to your medication timeline, appetite changes, and goals, with training and nutrition targets that adjust as your protocol changes.What's included in the Transformation Diagnostic?The Transformation Diagnostic is a 90-minute private session where we assess your current training, nutrition, schedule, and body-composition goals. Each 12-week engagement includes a restaurant and travel decision system, and you can add a Travel Nutrition Plan ($350) for specific trips — a personalized strategy around your destination, hotel, flight schedule, and work commitments.How is this different from a regular personal trainer?Most personal training focuses only on the hour in the gym. This is a complete transformation system: customized training, nutrition targets and structure, weekly progress reviews with plan adjustments, and daily accountability — all built around your real life, including work, travel, and restaurants.
